The Tantrum Course every Parent Wishes They Had Sooner

A practical toolkit for handling meltdowns, power struggles, and big feelings (without yelling, bribes, or giving in). ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

*Created by a mom who’s been there. And found a better way.

Once I discovered the tools that actually worked, everything shifted.

My toddler still had big feelings (because that’s normal!)—but I finally knew how to respond without yelling, bribing, or giving in. Suddenly, everyday battles like brushing teeth, leaving the park, or getting into the car no longer ended in tears.

Now I share those same tools inside this Toddler Tantrum Course, so you don’t have to go through the trial-and-error I did. You’ll get scripts, strategies, and mindset shifts that actually work in real life—so tantrums become opportunities for connection instead of constant battles.

So how do you handle toddler tantrums without losing your patience every day?

You learn the right tools.

That's the secret.

Parenting isn’t about being perfect—it’s about knowing what actually works in the middle of those messy, everyday moments.

The truth is, toddlers aren’t trying to make your life harder. They’re still learning how to manage big feelings, and they need our guidance. But most of us were never taught how to respond—so we end up yelling, bribing, or giving in.

When you have the right tools, everything changes.
You know what to say, how to stay calm, and how to turn even the biggest meltdowns into moments of connection.

That’s the real secret to raising toddlers with confidence—without constant battles.

This course will teach you practical tools, strategies and scripts for:

Tantrums and
Meltdowns

Screaming
and Yelling

Hitting, Biting
Pushing, and
Trowing

Saying 'no'
All the Time

Trouble with
Transitions

Public
Meltdowns

Sharing and
Taking Turns

Morning and
Bedtime Battles

This won’t take away your child’s emotions (and it shouldn’t).

Instead, it gives you calm, confident strategies so you can handle those emotions in the moment—without power struggles, bribes, or guilt later.

It’s not about controlling your toddler.
It’s about guiding them with patience, empathy, and consistency—so both of you come out stronger.

Here’s what the course curriculum looks like:

MODULE 1: Understanding Toddler Behavior

In this opening module, we explore how your toddler’s stage of brain development shapes the way they think, feel, and respond. You will start to notice what is driving their behavior and see the bigger picture of what is really happening, so you can approach tricky moments with more clarity, confidence, and calm.

In this module, we break down the six most common triggers for toddler tantrums and look at why they happen in the first place. You will learn my five step strategy to help prevent many tantrums before they even start, plus see exactly what to do (and what to avoid) when you are in the thick of one, so you can get through those moments with less stress and more calm.

From hitting to biting to pushing, this module addresses the challenging moments when behavior turns physical. You will see how to respond in the moment while also reducing the chances of it happening again in the future.

This module is about what fuels those “you are not the boss of me” moments and how to shift the dynamic so your toddler is more open to cooperation. You will learn ways to guide them toward the behavior you want without turning everything into a battle of wills.

Here we bring gentle parenting into the messy, unpredictable reality of everyday life. You will learn how to hold firm boundaries while keeping your connection strong, even when emotions are running high.

Morning meltdowns, bedtime standoffs, public outbursts. In this module we walk through real life situations and give you word for word scripts you can lean on when you are not sure what to say or how to respond.

This module focuses on simple and effective changes that make daily life smoother. You will discover tools that help reduce friction in everyday routines and create a sense of predictability for your toddler.

In this final module, we focus on your role in the equation because your calm is the foundation for theirs. You will learn how to reset after hard moments and protect your own energy so you can approach parenting with confidence and patience.

Will this work for me?

👉 Yes, even if your toddler’s meltdowns feel completely out of control
(you will have a plan that works in real life)

👉 Yes, even if you’ve tried other parenting tips and nothing has stuck
(these strategies are simple, repeatable, and easy to remember in the moment)

👉 Yes, even if you struggle to stay calm yourself
(the course shows you exactly how to regulate so you can lead your child back to calm)

What ages is this course for?

The strategies work best for toddlers ages 1–4, but many parents of preschoolers have used them with great results. The tools are flexible so you can adapt them for your child’s age and stage.

Yes. Whether your child’s meltdowns last two minutes or twenty, you’ll learn exactly what to say and do in the moment, how to prevent some tantrums before they start, and how to keep your cool so things don’t spiral.

A lot of gentle parenting advice is either too vague or too idealistic. This course gives you practical, real-world scripts, step-by-step strategies, and a clear plan you can actually use when your toddler is losing it in the middle of Target.

Some parents see changes within days, especially when they start using the in-the-moment scripts. Others notice more gradual progress as their toddler learns new skills and routines. Either way, you’ll have tools you can start using right away.

You get lifetime access. You can revisit the lessons anytime you need a refresher or when a new stage of behavior shows up.

Due to the digital nature of my products and the fact that you get immediate access, I don’t offer refunds.
